Who are Europa Hair ?
Europa Hair was established in 1979, over 43 years of shear commitment has led us to where we are today. That commitment drives us to make you look and feel fantastic. The founder of Europa Hair, Vince Sereno recently retired handing over the reigns to his 2 daughters Olivia, and Sophie. With the help of their amazing team, they have carried on the expertise and commitment to the hairdressing industry that Vince had previously instilled.
The Europa Hair team has demonstrated the latest trends at some of the biggest hair shows around the world in London, New York and Rome.
We are here for you, we listen, and we are committed to producing your perfect look!
Here at Europa Hair, we specialise in Hair Extensions and colouring. We have created our own brand of Hair Extensions called Rapid Lengths. This is a hair extension system that was invented by our own stylists at Europa, and has been demonstrated by us at some of the biggest professional exhibitions in the world. As you can tell by the name of the brand Rapid Lengths, you can be in and out of the salon within one hour with gorgeous long hair that will last you at least 3 months. Owners
Olivia Chappell
Now Co-owner of Europa Hair with her sister Sophie, Olivia has committed her life to the hairdressing industry and Europa Hair in particular. With over 16 years of experience, Olivia is certified in advanced hairdressing. Olivia Helped develop our own hair extensions system Rapid Lengths as well as specialising in Hair Extension application alongside colouring. From the age of 13, running her own salon has been Olivia’s dream.
Sophia Simpson
Sophie joined the Europa Hair team initially after qualifying as a legal secretary to offer admin support to her father Vince who founded Europa Hair. Sophie began to learn how to run the business and immersed herself in all aspects of the business from accounts to HR to marketing. Sophie now co-owns the salon with her sister Olivia and runs all the administrational side of the business.
Senior Stylists
Chris Bunker
Chris has been a core part of Europa Hair for 33 years. As a senior stylist and Manageress, Chris has outstanding experience in all aspects of hair dressing but we do call her the balyage queen. Over the years Chris has been by Vince’s side helping to develop products and bring in new trends into the salon. She was a important contributor to the Rapid lengths Hair Extension system developed by the Europa Team. The salon certainly wouldn’t be the same without Chris.
Emma Slade
Emma has been at Europa Hair for over 17 years with over 15 years experience in hairdressing at an advance level. Recently reaching Manageress status, Emma specialises in hair extensions and helped develop our own hair extension system, Rapid Lengths. Emma is also qualified to train others in the art of applying hair extensions and has trained many stylists in salons throughout the U.K. Emma has also helped to exhibit products at top hair shows. Her commitment and loyalty to the salon is astonishing. She is always the first to help her fellow colleagues.
Lena
Lena is Olivia and Sophie’s auntie who worked closely with Vince and Chris in the salon over 20 years ago as a senior stylist. After having a break from hairdressing, Lena returned to the salon 4 years ago to commit to the family business. Lena is our perm queen and loves nothing more than showing off our very own Curleaz beach wave perm. Lena is a kind, caring senior stylist who will go above and beyond to give you the look you desire.
Summer Houlton
Summer is our apprentice. She began her journey with us in July 2021 and shows masses of talent and potential. Hopefully Summer will qualify within the next year to become our Junior Stylist. Summer is meticulous in everything she does and always loves a chat at the basins.
